My job required me to move long pieces of heavy metal, and after doing so for years, I developed Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.
At first I did not know what it was. I just knew that my right wrist and entire right arm caused me pain and immobility to the point that I could not lift a fork to my mouth. My elbow was also involved, and I could no longer do my job. I realized something was wrong so I went to a Chiropractor.
The Chiropractor diagnosed Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and told me that if I had my arm adjusted it would probably clear up. I had to have an adjustment twice a week for awhile but it did not clear up so I went to another Chiropractor.
This Chiropractor also adjusted my arm but in a different way and I started to feel better but my Carpel Tunnel Syndrome did not clear up entirely.
I had friends that had the same problem and a few of them had surgery to correct the problem. I did not want to have surgery besides my Carpel Tunnel Syndrome seemed to be getting much better with the adjustments.
I started to massage my wrist and arm and found that I had points in my wrist and elbow that were sensitive to touch. I started to lightly tap these points very softly with one finger. This seemed to really relieve the pain. It seemed so strange that a tiny repetitive tap would help but it did. One point was at the top of my wrist and the other was on the side of my elbow. As I lightly tapped these sensitive points my arm, hand and wrist all felt better and stronger.
My Carpel Tunnel Syndrome started 10 years ago. It took a year to clear up, but it did and now I have complete use of my arm, wrist and hand. I did not have the surgery as some people do, but opted to use some other means of healing and it worked for me.
I also stopped doing the repetitive work that caused the Carpel Tunnel Syndrome in the first place. I no longer lift heavy long pieces of metal.
I don’t know if this method would work for everyone but it worked for my Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. For me it was less costly and much less evasive then other forms of treatment.
