Warm-up Super Sets
Weighted Bodyweight Dips: 3 sets of 8-10
Seated Triceps Extension: 3 sets of 8-10
Triceps Cable Pressdown: 1 warm up to 20 reps, 3 working sets of 10 reps
French Press: 1 warm up set to 20 reps, 3 working sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell Overhead Extensions: 1 warm-up set to 20 reps, 2 working sets of 10 reps
Close-grip Bench Press: 1 warm up set to 20 reps, 3 working sets of 10 reps
