RadarOnline cited a British report Feb. 19 that Khloe has gone to extremes in order to shed the extra pounds. According to a source who spoke with Heat magazine, Khloe eats just 400 calories a day. She does an all-morning fast and does not eat until 2 p.m. When she does eat, it is a small piece of chicken or a can of tuna with steamed veggies. Her snack until dinnertime is celery. Khloe’s dinner consists of a protein shake and more vegetables.
“Everyone in her life is begging her to eat more, but Khloe is refusing,” the source said.”She’s not in a good place. Her self-esteem took such a hit when she broke up with Lamar.”
Many dieticians advise not to eat less than 1,200 calories a day. 800 is certainly pushing it and many celebs will eat no more than that just to stay thin. If Khloe Kardashian chose a weight loss method that requires starving herself, that is very unhealthy. Not only that, but is a hard form of dieting to maintain long-term.
