When we do household chores around the house such as: scrubbing the tub, sink or toilet in the bathroom or scrubbing the kitchen sink, it is just a simple matter of putting on gloves to protect our hands from the harsh chemicals. When working in the flower garden and digging in the dirt we need to use garden gloves that are made just for that job. I am a great one to talk; I am always using my bare hands to do gardening. They make what is called “spa gloves” you sleep with these “spa gloves” on for 30 days and they will stop the signs of aging, redness, and inflammation. Vaseline works great for dry over worked hands. There is another product I like just as well. It is called “Udder balm,” it comes in a green tin. It really does a very good job on very dry cracked hands.
It is best to use a sunscreen of SPF 30 to protect the hands from the sun and prevent brown spots. This also prevents collagen loss in the hands as well.
These antibacterial soaps are great for killing germs but will dry out the hands and make them age. So whenever possible it is best to use milder gentler hand soap.

To remove the dry flaky skin on hands it is best to use a rough-textured sponge on the hand about once a week. This makes the hands look and feel smoother and younger.
Fresh lemon juice is a great way to lighten up the brown aging spots on hands. These age spots should be gone in six to eight weeks.
It is our hands most people notice first. It is an indication of the kind of work we do and how we take care of ourselves. Most people will not shake hands with a person who has dirty unclean fingernails. It is also unhealthy to have hands that are not clean, or are dry and cracked, as we can get infections that way.
