I have made guacamole for many different people. Some of them never even liked it before. Now they can’t stop eating it. The hardest part of making it is just if you have the time to cut up the vegetables.
First of all make sure your avocados are soft and more on the brown side. If they are green and hard it is going to make it very difficult to cut and scoop out the middle.
What you will need
Avocados (2 for a serving of 2-4)
onions 1/4 cup full. Diced up small
cilantro 2 tablespoons
tomato 1/2 chopped (make sure you seed the tomato as well)
salt about 1/2 teaspoon
lime (or lemon) juice 1 tablespoon
(the salt and lime juice are to keep the avocados from turning brown.)
When you mash up the avocado make sure to leave it a little chunky. Guacamole isn’t smooth.
make sure you also get tomatoes that aren’t too soft. If it is more firm it will be easier to seed and cut.
If you wish to make it a larger portion just double everything.
IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION USE FRESH VEGETABLES (FROM A LOCAL FARM) THE TASTE IS MUCH DIFFERENT IN A GREAT WAY
