Have you ever felt as if you walked around with a heavy heart? Did you want to get it off your chest but you have no one to talk to? This is not a good way to begin or end a day because the feeling and the thoughts remain – in your dreams and in your heart. The best thing to do is to get it all off your chest before you close the light and go to sleep.
How can it be done? How will it help? these are some of the things that someone might ask. No all people are like me and you – can write your thoughts and feelings that cause you pain – and get them off your chest for once and for all. Many lose sleep with thoughts on their mind. The best thing to do is either forget what caused the pain or talk into a mic and get it all out – scream if you have no one in the house. Trust me , this helps in many ways.
Sit in your easy chair and think of what caused the pain. Think of how you felt at that particular minute of time. If it hurt you then the tears will roll down your cheek. when this occurs you know that this was the problem that kept you awake night after night.
Remember this. Nothing or no one should keep you awake, or from being happy. Once you get the problem off your mind – tears help, do not think about it again. Start your life or your day as if it were a new one. No one on this earth should hurt you so you could not sleep. No one is worth your staying awake and crying. Keep away from them, find a new friend, or just tell yourself that no one worth the pain you feel.
Then, do something you want or like to do. If it is still day, then get out of your house and buy something you like or what you have wanted for a long time.
