Do Garage Sale
This is very effective way to earn money while you don’t have a job. You know you have stuffs hiding under your kitchen cabinets and bathroom sinks that you don’t use. Don’t forget your garage and backyard for more stuffs you just let sleep for almost a decade. Include also those boots and jackets that you did not use because it was not cold and did not rain last winter.
Pick Up Free Stuff
On a weekend when your neighbor throw his dirty but not dirty looking rug because no one buy it on his garage sale, ask if you can have it instead. Watch out for curve alerts usually posted on Craigslist, and more free stuff on Craigslist just when weekend starts or noon after people’s garage sales are over. You might need a truck and a friend or two with you.
You must have been drinking watching basketball. I don’t mean beer or margarita. Even water bottles can make tons of money especially in California that springtime feels like summer. You can also wait at sunsets when your neighbor put the recycled bin outside and be sure to pick at least one empty water bottle. Places like Albertsons offers higher price for your recycled stuffs. They even take milk galloons and tuna cans.
Offer to Babysit
Your friend or neighbor might want to go out on a date. Offer to watch the kids while they’re out for a movie or dinner. Make sure you can handle monkeys and cats fights and rolls.
Do Photography and Writing
If you have a computer which I am sure you do, look for companies that buy photos and articles like Istockphotos and Shutterstock. You will need a good camera to work with these companies. If you get declined, don’t give up. If you don’t have a camera, start by writing articles and save for a good camera. Companies like Yahoo! offers to pay for your useful article.
