In an ancient African language, what we know as ‘how are you’ or ‘hello’ was known as ‘kedu?’
‘Kedu’ was coined from the verbs ‘ke’ (create, creation) and du (is, to be). When someone receives the greeting ‘kedu?’; they understood it as ‘creation is?’ or in better English as ‘How is creation?’
The ancient man considered the body a personal creation and an individuals’ life was considered a personal creation as well.
If our bodies are our personal creation, it is necessary that we take responsibility and maintain it properly.
