I love making homemade face mask because I know everything ingredient that goes into it. They are fun to make and so healthy for your skin. Here are a few of my favorite homemade face mask. I usefully keep them on my skin for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Avocado and honey
Avocado is great because it helped even out my completion. It’s also full of vitamin K and has anti aging properties. Honey is a natural topical antiseptic. It’s great for your skin if you have acne. I use it on my skin to kelp treat my skin and rid it of harmful bacteria that can cause acne.
Geek yogurt and lemon
I love using Greek yogurt for my skin. Greek yogurt is thicker and it stays on my skin a lot better than original plain yogurt. Make sure that you don’t use the kind with flavor because it has other ingredients such sugar, plain unsweetened works best to not clog pores. I always mix it with lemon because in the summer it helps take off my tan.
European clay and lime
You can usually buy European clay in the health food store. Its great on skin, and has a nice texture. If you have sensitive skin. It’s probably best that you use a little water and lemon to make it a good consistency. The lime makes it smell great, and also evens out complexion.
