Moving unnecessarily creates a release of endorphins improving your outlook on things. Making movement a part of your daily life will breed positive thinking and allow for a pleasant demeanor.
Smiling even when you do not feel inclined creates a shift in the energy. The principal behind this act is faking it until you make it. Though acting as if may feel a bit fraudulent it is at times the best way to change your attitude. In essence, this act is opening a channel between you and happiness.
Whatever the genre music is an outlet. The lyrics mirror our own lives. This exchange allows us to tune into the joy of life. On hard days, getting lost in the right song can change everything.
