You ever look at that so called perfect body at the beach and wonder how they achieved that flat stomach? You look down and wonder what you’re doing wrong. I’ll tell you exactly would you need to do to get that flat stomach you always wanted!
Diet is obviously extremely important in our lifestyle and a well planned out diet plan will help you achieve anything you want related to sculpting your perfect body!
First get your height and weight yourself. This will give us a rough estimate on how many calories you need to eat a day to achieve that flat stomach. The average calorie intake should be around 1940 calories for woman and 2550 for men according to the department of health.
There are multiple sites that offer a calculator to tell you exactly how many calories you need to intake a day to get skinnier, leaner, and get that flat stomach. All you do is plug numbers in!
First things first… a long with the diet plan you have you need to do the following:
Do some sort of exercise every single day! It may vary from person to person and how healthy they feel, but do something you enjoy. Doesn’t have to be related to weights or anything like that. If you like jogging, go for a jog! If you like rollerblading, go roller blade! There are many fat burning exercises which you can find on the internet. Personally doing burpies is a great way to lose weight and burn fat. Running, jogging, swimming, stair climbing, etc, is also a great way! Just do something you enjoy doing and have fun with it! You won’t even realize you’re burning fat and having fun at the same time!
Eat fresh and healthy foods! Remember that diet is more important than exercising! You can literally lose weight on just having that perfect diet! Although a diet plan as well as exercising is a lot better for the body and the mind! You need to eat natural, unprocessed, and REAL foods. Eat foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grain products, pure protein products, and of course lean meats! For a flat stomach you should be eating cabbage, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts! They contain nutrients which is perfect to gaining a flat stomach! These contain omega-3s, protein, and fibers.
Things to avoid would be processed foods which usually comes in a bag, carton, or a can. They may last longer on the Walmart shelf but they are not healthy! These products were changed from their natural state and are poor quality! The fat in these products may be reduced but sugar is added to boost up that flavor.
