If you live in Redondo Beach, you probably already know that your late night dining options are somewhat limited unless you go venture farther outside the city. But here are a few local restaurants that are open late, are a step above the drive-thru, and offer great selections to tempt your nocturnal taste buds.
#1 Bouzy Gastropub
This gastro pub, conveniently located in the Rivera Village of South Redondo, has a slightly upscale vibe. Enjoy late night summer dining out on the patio where you must try their truffle fries (any midnight muncher’s dream come true). Bouzy’s is a little on the pricey side but it’s a local favorite since the food and service is great. It’s also easy to walk to if you live near by, and open until 12 AM daily.
#2 The Cheesecake Factory
If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you can always rely on The Cheesecake Factory to help you out. Open until 12:30 AM Friday and Saturday nights, you can indulge in a sweet treat or select from their diverse menu for a full dinner. Located on the waterfront near the marina, this spot is perfect for a midnight stroll to walk off your meal. With easy valet parking, and seating for groups, it’s a go to spot for any late night dining need.
#3 Addi’s Tandoor
Not the latest of late night places, but if your belly craves international flair, you’ll find it in this delicious Indian cuisine. The quiet, relaxed ambiance here makes it a good date spot. But get in early, as they’re only open until 10:30 PM Saturday night. If your nighttime craving demands a little spice, make your way to Addi’s on Torrance Boulevard.
#4 Hudson House
This is another place that never let’s down the late night crowd. Open until 1 AM, Monday through Saturday, Hudson’s is on the main drag of PCH. And fittingly, the atmosphere is a little loud, but lively. Seating is tight in here, so it’s best for very small groups or couples. To satisfy your hunger, try the pretzel burger, it’s a fan favorite.
If you don’t know what you’re craving, maybe it’s Russian food and a good beer. Try the blini or a hearty plate of fish and chips, and choose a brew from the generous beer selection. Gambrinus definitely has more of a bar atmosphere, but hey, it’s late night food we’re talking here after all. They’re open until 2 AM Friday and Saturday and are right on the pier, so there’s plenty of entertainment around before or after you chow down.
