When it comes to Creative Writing It all boils down to writing with your soul and with your whole
heart. Our inner cognitions have to surface and become each word
expressed. Examine all the conscious memories of your life, and then
evaluate which ones mean the most to you. Consider which ones have value.
Next, meditate on your unconscious thoughts; the messages of your
dreams, and those secret things only you know. Herein lies the life that you will weave into your writing.
What you see and what you know on the surface might not be “you.” Who you come across as to other people might not be you. The surface person is only trying to impress others or gain acceptance in a peer group. Do not become like others to gain friends.
Explore yourself and be yourself. Do not worry what others think.
They will go on to live their lives. You must live with yourself. Be
you. Examine everything you are and ask yourself if it’s you or
someone else. Find out who you are aside from other peoples
influences and opinions.
Spend alone time in quiet places, and search out people who best
reflect the hidden you. Let not your soul be an actor on the stage of
someone elses play. Act nothing and recite no lines except ones that
reflect you best.
Do not worry what others think. All explorers have their critics.
If you are viewed as “strange” in the eyes of others, don’t be
offended. It’s a compliment. Rather, hope that you can make the
realizations that they have not made, and then when the time is right,
you can share your knowledge.
Books learn from you as you write them, and in turn they teach your
deepest thought to others who read them. They become living portraits
of silent but powerful things. Let the letters you write be an
extension of you, and revelation of the mysteries discovered from
