1) 2 cups cooked white rice
2) 4oz sweetened condensed milk
3) 3 oz. raisins
1) Put cooked rice in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of water.
2) Heat for 5 minutes on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3) Add condensed milk and stir until warmed through. Add more water if the mixture is too thick.
4) Add raisins and cinnamon and stir. Heat for another minute until raisins are warmed through.
5) Serve in small bowls or ramekins. Top with another sprinkle of cinnamon.
