I know your eyes are already gone through this sentence; OK, keep going. Do you think I am over confident? No, absolutely not. How come I knew it? Because, I also do same thing what you have just done. Believe me, it’s in our blood, disobeying.
Perhaps you’d say nonsense to me & give me the details how you paid your taxes, how you love your family and do your job with honesty. This is true. But try this one, ask yourself loud “haven’t I disobeyed sometimes?”
You don’t have to answer yourself. Just remain silent you will see, how you had drove fast with your first bike & tried to race with it, or you watched your favorite cartoon even after your parents scolded, or how you flirted with your colleague even if you are in relation, so & so.
Don’t feel bad, because we are on the same boat, like I said before.
You know the bible story of forbidden tree.
God created Adam & Eve and told them that they could have any & everything that they wanted except the fruit from that tree. They understood this at first and left alone but eventually they ate it.
Let’s come to the story of Romeo and Juliet; they knew what could happen from the first time. But there was this inexplicable attraction of love, no disobeying. Why? Think what could happen if the two families were not enemies. The two families get together occasionally. Romeo and Juliet knew each other from childhood. Perhaps there was no story at all.
We disobey because we are born to do that. We think ourselves free. Disobeying comes from this freedom. Freedom means you can do whatever you want. You don’t have to listen to someone. That’s why freedom fights happened every time a third country tried to rule out.
We do formula car racing, sky driving, and mount climbing everything that is forbidden. We do it for our passion. But we are few in count. I mean very few have chooses their carrier doing something like that. Rest of us is following the same routine.
Some dare to disobey and became Bill Gates, Steve Jobs…
So are you ready to disobey again? What do you think?
