This easy dessert taco is perfect for breakfast or just any time you are craving something sweet. It’s quick to make and the whole family will love it.
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
1 cup peeled kiwi, cubed
1/2 tsp jalapeno, minced (optional)
3 tbsp sugar
2 packets sugar substitute or equivalent of 4 tsp sugar (optional)
1 tbs cinnamon
6 8 inch flour tortillas
non stick cooking spray
Stir together fruit, jalapeno, and sugar sub in a large bowl and set aside.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
Spray tortilla lightly with the cooking spray on each side and heat over medium heat in a nonstick skillet until they are slightly puffed and golden brown.
Remove the tortilla from the heat and immediately dust both sides with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Repeat with all 6 tortillas.
Fold the tortillas in half and fil with the fruit mixture; serve immediately.
