It has been so many years since you past But not a day goes by that I don’t think of you. You were my rock, My grandmother, My blood. My Nana. Since you’ve been gone I’ve even written down your name. As I write this poem, The first time I actually acknowledge your death. My grief, My pain, My longing for you, No words can express how I feel. But I’ll try for you. I love you, Nana.
