Dead Trigger 2 is a First Person Shooter. It was developed, and published by Madfinger games, and released on Android and iOS on October 2013. The game is a zombie shooter.
In February 2014 it was released for Facebook. This version was rebuilt, and utilized for keyboard input. The default controls consist of very little input from the player.
When a player points the cross hairs at a zombie, and the gun will automatically fire. Upon running out the gun will automatically reload.
In the Facebook release, mouse control was added. This allows the player to point, and click to shoot. Left clicking the mouse will fire the weapon, and right clicking will bring the gun up, and allow the player to aim down the sights.
The game features a majority of weapons. Weapons are purchased within game cash earned from completing missions, and killing zombies. Alongside the weapons, players also get stuff like painkillers, frag grenades, and sentry torrents.
Blue prints for better weapons are dropped from special zombies. Zombies come into two basic forms. There are regular zombies who charge the player, and attempt to hit them. Then there are zombies who possess lead pipes, and can hit the player from some distance, so it is recommended to attack these ones from a distance.
Alongside these basic zombies, occasionally special zombies will spawn within Dead Trigger 2. These zombies are the Kamakaze, Scienfist, Vomitron, Panzer, and Rager.
Kamikazes are big hulking zombies with an explosive barrel attached to their stomach. When they get close enough to the player they will detonate the barrel.
Scienfist are tall zombies wearing radioactive safety suits, and cause damage by radiation when close to a player.
Vomitrons are ugly zombies who use a projectile vomit attack.
Panzers are zombies who wear heavy armor, thus guns have little to no effect directly.
Ragers are big zombies with lots of muscles, who charge the player. Guns don’t do much to harm their thick skins. These zombies will charge the player and knock them back.
All of these special zombies will drop blue prints, lots of cash, or plus a health recovery item upon death. Kill these type if possible and that is how a player picks up supplies for Dead Trigger 2.
There are several npcs (non player characters) the player will meet through the Dead Trigger 2 campaigns. These npcs, when rescued will offer service for the player. Game play consists of missions that are objective based, or a player can simply kill all the zombies they possibly can.
