If you use Foxit Reader to read PDF files or to create your own PDF files, you might want to change the look of your program. You can change the look by changing the skins for the program. If you are like me, you often get bored of looking at the same theme on a program. I absolutely love programs that allow you to change the skin in order to achieve a new look. If a program allows that, I will change it often when I start getting bored of looking at it. If you use Foxit Reader and want to change the look of it, continue reading. I will walk you through each step to make these changes.
The first thing you will need to do is load your Foxit Reader program. Once it loads, you can open a blank PDF file or you can open a file that you have already been working on. If you already have your program opened, then you can skip this step and move onto the next step.
Your next step is to switch to the Help menu. At the top of your program, you will see the different tabs; these are your different menus. Locate the Help tab and click it to open that menu. Next, you will want to look for the Change Skin button in the menu and click it. That will open the Change Skin box and in this box you will see the different skins you have to choose from.
There are five different skins in this box and you can click each one to see a preview of them in the window on the right side of the box. Once you find a theme that you want to use, click it and click the Apply button on the box. Then click the OK button at the bottom of the box and the Change Skin box will close. You will now see your new skin applied to your software. You can change the skin at any time by repeating the steps above.
