1-Scoop whey protein powder
1-Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1-Packet sugar in the raw
½-Cup quick cook oats
2-Extra large egg whites
1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Spray Frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat
3.Pour pancake batter in frying pan and cook 3-4 minutes (or until golden brown) on each side
4. Serve and enjoy
