There is a way to cook burgers without bringing out the grill, cleaning it and preparing it for the cook out. Fix your burgers in the oven to save time and satisfy your crave. Here is the only ingredient you need:
Soy sauce is full of sodium, flavor and color, therefore you don’t need salt or other ingredients for flavoring the meat. Add a generous amount of soy sauce to the beef and make the burger patties. Kikkoman brand is a great choice.
Easy to make
Place the burger patties in an ungreased pan and bake them at 350 degrees until cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes. The ground beef has enough fat in it to where it will bake to perfection so you don’t need to add oil. You may have to flip the burgers once, but it’s not necessary.
Small convection oven
Cook as many burgers as you would like. For a fresh taste every single time, use a small convection oven. It heats up faster, you save energy and you can reheat burgers easily. Another great tip to save time is to buy the patties that are already made or freeze the ground beef in small freezer bags, just enough for one meal. This way you don’t have to wait for the meat to defrost. You can find a small convection oven at any retail store in the kitchen ware department. If you don’t have one, you can always use the big oven but the cooking time will be a little longer.
Next time you are craving burgers, try soy sauce. After you taste them, I am sure you will continue to cook them this way.
