Professor, I understand this component of your evaluation. I should have added my own theories, so it would be doable to farther the hypothesis. My hypothesis is gaming, the virtual reality organizational leadership component. This includes the theories of neuroscience, mind transformation through data and images. This gaming concept of mental accounting is a journey as to military for boot camp. The theory is that the mind must conceptualize the transformation. In the past, media has done this. Today, people are seeing the effective approach of the gaming industry. The military is popular in using simulations for training their sharp shooters, and air pilots. I suppose I could far reach these industries to build my case for the gaming component of eliminating biases. This approach would build the case surrounding military science as to upgrading the component of technology with neuroscience, but my expertise is none of these industries, but the data collection would build the case that support the outcomes of developing through training methodologies using simulations or gaming manipulations to build a case of comparison. The contrast is the mental illness case, mental health. The heuristics of bias may become the component of argument. It is still under serious investigations why serial killers, and psychopathic(s) choose to kill or destroy. My theory is not a chemical base, but organizational base behavior. It will fall in the lines of organizational base instruments that management could perform safety routines, through virtual reality that would assist their personnel (staff) to locate solutions that are reasonable and logic for conflict resolution attributes of change or rehabilitation for the conduct. This in turn, in the language, that I seek, did not do this week’s discussion justice since I left the theories that I have already generated in my Masters degree and Bachelors degree.
I am working on three components. The business aspect for labor and management systems. The conduct aspect as to mental discourse, communication systems and criminal intent. The final level is the restorative justice component (Social Responsibility and Accountability) component with the application networking system as well technology that would integrate in all systems. I would just become the expert in the theory of “Organizational Leadership’ component of bringing populations in the 21st century through the virtual reality stage of simulations and gaming. It would be two strong solid arguments for and against my claim. The mind can be manipulated through images and conversation, and the mind can be strengthened through repetition and good technique to overcome manipulation. The second stage is the aftermath of achieving stronger mental models. It would be like the research for nuclear products. The negative and positive effects of this research would be, if someone masters these techniques, theories and philosophy could they use it on higher levels of mind control or social control. The positive is that people would use programs to assist them in overcoming years of struggle in trauma and other hang ups as to bias (sexism, racism and classism), among other things. These theories will be validated in this process that it is logical and reasonable to have evidence through these different literature reviews to prove my case that applications of simulations and virtual reality or even real time filming may alter the face of the future through cognitive processing and collective consciousness and unconsciousness using some “guidance” or “control mental environments” as to programming, to build and detox through mental gaming.
