When I was a kid, we didn’t have personal computers. We didn’t have DVDs or cell phones or TVs or radios. Okay, that’s an exaggeration. We did have radios and TVs, but there were only three lonely TV channels, and if you didn’t like watching westerns or broadcasts of the Watergate hearings, many a night you were out of luck. And for breakfast we ate, you know, breakfast foods … eggs, cereal, pancakes, breakfast burritos. Wait … what? Breakfast burritos? What in the world is a breakfast burrito? Sad, but we had never heard of them. Now, of course, I am much older (much), and we have many more options. Cell phones … thank you! Computers … well, I wouldn’t be working at home doing this if not for personal computers. And breakfast burritos? Yes! These things are fantastic! And the Burgh has, I am not kidding, some really great restaurants that make breakfast burritos that are fantastico!
