They are home of the Pho-King challenge, where contestants have to consume 2 pounds of noodles, 2 pounds of meat, 200 ounces of broth, and a plate full of vegetables in order to win. If you win, you receive your meal for free, as well as a black ‘I am a Pho-King Champion’ t-shirt, and your picture on the champions wall. If you lose, your meal costs $34.99, and they throw in a pink ‘I am a Pho-King Loser’ t-shirt. Their pho is reasonably priced between $6.95 and $8.95 a bowl. Pho 888 Vietnamese Noodle & Grill- Pho 888 can be found in Aurora at 539 Sable Blvd. They are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is a family owned restaurant that opened in 2010 and has since gained a reputation as some of the best pho in Denver. They have a variety of unique boba flavors to compliment your dish including avocado red bean and watermelon rainbow jelly.
Saigon Fusion- Saigon Fusion is a pho and Vietnamese restaurant in Denver, CO. It is located at 8800 East Hampden Avenue. They are open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Their pho starts at just $6.75 a bowl for a generous serving. They also offer take-out, party platters, and catering for parties and events.
