Albuquerque, being a large city, naturally has a lot of tourist locations as well as places of great entertainment. This article will inform you of a few of the many different places that one can play mini golf. Albuquerque isn’t exactly a Mecca for mini golf; however, there is a large audience as many condos exist and many retirees live in the area. The list of the best places to go mini golfing in Albuquerque are as follows.
The top mini-golf location on this list is Hinkle Family Fun Center. For 30 dollars you can play mini-golf all day. This to me is an absolute steal as many places charge per game. Not only can you play all day, you have to in order to finish every course. Hinkle’s course is huge! It must have took 3 hours to play every course. There were challenging courses and not so challenging courses, but all were extremely fun. Another great perk of this is that you not only get to golf all day, but you also get 100 game points, meaning you can play at the arcade for about 30 minutes (if you have one kid) You also have a free pass to do almost anything in the area, you can go to laser tag as much as you want, water boating, rock climbing go carting etc. If you don’t want to spend as much money you can just purchase an all day pass for mini-golf which is only $12. This is truly the best deal for your money and is a truly awesome experience. Hinkle Family Fun Center is located at 12931 Indian School Rd in Albuquerque
The second best place on this list is Albuquerque Putt-Putt. It is a lot cheaper than Hinkle ($12) but offers less amount of golfing. There are two 18-hole courses that are really enjoyable. With the $12 you also get a free drink and snack of your choosing. Many times putt-putt has specials where you can play for 2 hours for $20. But $12 will get you 2 games which lasts about 30 minutes. This is a good deal if you can catch their specials or just feel like playing 2 games and grab a snack.Their address is 5100 San Mateo NE, again in Albuquerque. The downside to this location is that the games go by a bit quicker and you can only play 2 games if you don’t pay for the special. Other than this, putt-putt is a nice place to go visit with the family or by yourself.
Lastly, there is Highland Swing Miniature Golf and Games. They have two 18-hole courses and offer many different perks such as snacks and an arcade. There is not much information on their prices other than that they vary from $10-$15. Their address is 312 Adams Street Northeast in Albuquerque and their number is (505)255-9992. Give them a call for more information.
