We live in the outskirts of Carmel, Indiana. Carmel borders Indianapolis, so it enables us to go to places in both Carmel and Indianapolis easily. Having a child who is 7 years old, we are quite interested in playing mini golf and have visited a couple in the city. Here are the top three best mini golf courses around.
Ben and Aris – This is a full-service amusement center located in Fishers, Indiana that has mini golf along with an indoor arcade complete with mini bowling alleys, party rooms and more. The mini golf covers two sections, red and blue courses. Each course has complete setup including small ponds, hills and fountains. We got a good deal from Groupon which was $20 for two outdoor 18-hole miniature golf courses, 15 tokens for arcade games and a large pizza. It was a good deal as we only played the red course that day and saving the second golf course for another day. You can check for more fun deals and learn about this place here.
Glow Golf at Circle Center – This is a cool and innovative place located on the fourth floor for the Simon Mall at Circle Center, Indianapolis. The whole place is indoors and is in the dark with the course illuminated by glow stickers and sticks. It is like stepping into twilight zone. The whole place is illuminated with glow sticks, which include the golf balls and golf sticks. For less than $10 per person, you can play up to three courses in the dark. There are two rooms filled with mini hills and slopes to keep you and the kids occupied. There is even a laser tag arena at the same place.
Pirates Cove – This is a pretty fun mini golf course located close to where we stay, because of which we frequent this place. There are two 18-hole miniature golf courses – black beard and red beard which you can play for less than $10. The pirate theme offers many photo ops for your family. The holes are easy and great for families and children. It can be crowded sometimes but otherwise is pretty nice. The place also features a bowling alley. The golf courses are nice with hills and slopes and lakes and fountains. You can get more information here.
