About This Book:
A story of hope, redemption, and sacrifice. John met a woman who changed his future. In the process, he found SALVATION. Unbeknownst to Emma, John’s past prepared him for his future. He thought he could run away from them, but one day they found him. One afternoon Emma invited John over for dinner. He had no idea he was being followed. They waited for the right moment and barged into the home, carrying guns and vengeance. Fear seized Emma and her mother as the intruders waved their guns. John, poised with courage, glanced over at Emma and her mother. He exhaled and felt a surge of guilt pulsate within his veins, knowing he had brought his problems into their home. He then mustered up enough courage and approached the intruders, hoping to detour their attention away from Emma and her mother. Suddenly, without warning something happened and bullets were fired everywhere. Shortly afterwards, Pastor Green returned home to his family. His body trembled as he dropped to his knees. Blood was everywhere. Some stories bare the sentiments of the Holy Scriptures without forcing any type of doctrine. The title for this book entered my mind and upon its entrance, the creation of the story in reference to certain scriptures massed together. This is a story which shows the awestruck beauty of God’s grace and mercy. Regardless to any past or present mistake, there are still grace and mercy available. And sometimes heaven’s glory manifests itself in various forms. This particular book was an experience for me as well. If I were to summarize this particular project I would categorize it as a fictitious reality. Nothing written is too far-fetched, but in itself, is a reality of some sort. The purpose of this book was to illustrate God’s grace and mercy and the protection that comes when our path comes in contact with His glory.
A Husband’s Love Book Review:
Congratulations to T.K. Ware for writing a wonderful book “A Husband’s Love.” In the beginning of the story John Rivers has done something wrong. He felt guilty about his wrongdoing. His grandmother could see something was wrong with her grandson, John. She keeps him in her prayer that he will change and surrender his life to Christ. This wonderful book through the character of John teaches us that regardless of our past mistakes that God is an on time God. There was a quote that John Grandmother mentioned to him that actually minister to me personally. “The day you walked up to the altar, God wiped your slate clean. The enemy tried to bring up yesterday and make you feel less than who you are. He will replay past events and attempt to make you feel as if you are alone. His desire is to condemn you in that mistake, but you have to remember that, there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit. Don’t worry about yesterday; it has passed. Just trust God. He will deliver you from the hand of the enemy.” There are some people in our lives that will try their best to keep bringing up your past so they can succeed in keeping you down. They don’t want you to move forward from your mistakes. The best thing that we can do as Christians is to let them go. There were a lot of scriptures in this book that Mr. Ware provided to help the readers on their personal Christian journey. The Word of God is the best weapon to fight the enemy.
I love the way how the Author portrays the chemistry between John and Emma. When John first saw Emma, he wanted to get to know her. John started to attend Church so he can be close to Emma and in the process he met Jesus Christ. When you give your life to Christ that is the end of your former life and the beginning of your new life. In the Book of 2 Corinthians and the 17th verse mentioned, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” Emma who is the daughter of Pastor and First Lady Green was praying for God to send her a husband. T.K. Ware allows God to guide the pen to write an awesome story about love and redemption. He wanted his readers to know that God can protect you from danger. John’s past mistakes caught up with him, but the twins of Grace and Mercy really protected him. I really enjoy reading “A Husband’s Love” because it’s based on faith, hope, love, trust, redemption, forgiveness, salvation, and trust. I definitely recommend this book to anyone that are looking for a great story to read. This book is also perfect for anyone that need help to be able to move forward. Also, this is a great story about a Christian Romance blossoms between two people. John Rivers was able to change his way because of Emma Green. This is a great lesson for us to be an example of Christ because you never know how you may be a blessing in somebody’s life. I am looking forward to read more books written by T.K. Ware.
