Protect your Identity
One of the first thing you need to do when trying to protect your identity is not using lazy passwords. Choosing a simple password as 1234 is just like leaving a stack of money right on your front door. It would be so easy for people to guess it and hack your account and gain your information. Make your password something that is important to you alone. Then you could swap out letters and numbers to make a password that you understand. Another helpful tip is to not use the same password on different accounts. The next thing you should do when protecting your identity is when you are installing software or anything else read the fine print to make sure what they will do with your information. Next, don’t give away any important information from a source online that you don’t trust. Finally, keep out for online scams, they are everywhere and you should know to avoid them. (Wikihow)
