With the number of drivers in the U.S., the decisions we each make regarding the products we use in our cars can have a big impact on the environment. By choosing “green” products and car models, we can all make an impact and help keep the planet cleaner for all of us. Here are five easy products to help make your car more “green”:
The most important green car product is a car’s engine and the new Clean Diesel technology, as used by companies like Audi, can make a big impact on the environment. Not only do the Clean Diesel engines produce 15 percent less CO2 emissions than a traditional gasoline engine, they also get better mileage, making them cheaper to operate. The engines offer incredible torque which produces some exhilarating performance from models like Audi’s A7 TDI, making saving the environment quite fun.
The most frequent thing drivers do as far as maintenance goes is probably washing the car.
