Potatoes are hot cakes at almost every meal. This root of a plant filled with fiber and carbohydrates makes a wholesome meal at every dining table. They are best party favorites and are loved equally by both children and adults.
Here’s a simple recipe to make Creamy Potato Heads:
Things you’ll Need:
1 pound small potatoes( boiled and peeled)
1 1/2 cup fresh cream( fat or low-fat)
4 cloves garlic peeled
1 /4 tsp each of pepper, thyme and rosemary
2 tsp olive oil
Note: this recipe uses dried herbs.You may as well use 1 tsp each of fresh herbs.
Step 1: Warm olive oil in a pan and add the garlic cloves. Stir until golden brown
Step 2: Add the boiled peeled potatoes to the pan and fry until golden brown
Step 3: Mix fresh cream with all the other spices and add to the pan.Simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle salt and serve.
Step 1: preheat oven to 180F
Step 2: mix cream with the spices and garlic and pour it over boiled potatoes in a baking tray
Step 3: bake for 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes have turned golden brown flipping the potatoes in between. Sprinkle salt and serve.
