Things you’ll need:
4 medium carrots cut and boiled
1/2 cup mint leaves
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp butter
1 cup water
Step 1: Melt butter in a pan and add the cloves. Fry until golden brown.
Step 2: Grind boiled carrots, cloves and mint leaves to a thick paste.
Step 3: Add the paste and 1 cup water to pan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to serve.
