Try this yummy soup recipe for dinner tonight. It is healthy, filling and easy to make. Have your family and friends asking for more!
Things you’ll need:
6 small potatoes boiled and peeled
1 cup cauliflower florets boiled
3 tbsp. flour
4 cloves garlic(ground)
2 tsp fresh cut parsley for garnish
2 tsp butter
4 cups vegetable stock or water
Step 1) Melt butter in a pan. Add the garlic paste and fry until it turns golden brown.
Step 2) Pour veg stock or water and bring it to boil. Add flour taking care no lumps are formed.
Step 3) Add the boiled potatoes and cauliflower florets. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Sprinkle salt and garnish with parsley.
Roughly makes 4 servings.
Cooking tip: 1) Do not throw away the water in which in you have boiled cauliflower florets. Mix it with the vegetable stock or water during the soup making process for enhanced taste and health.
2) Use olive oil instead of butter for a healthier recipe.
