For this recipe you will need the following: 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar, 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast, ¼ cup cinnamon applesauce, and 1 and ½ teaspoons ground ginger.
Step 1- start by lightly flouring an oven bag and preheat the oven to 325 degrees F/ Step 2- in a small saucer or bowl, make a blend of applesauce, ginger, and brown sugar/ Step 3- place the pork roast in the previously floured oven bag and pour the blended sauces over the roast, seal the bag and cut several slits to allow the meat to breath/ Step 4- cook the roast for around 1 hour in the preheated oven, to check if the meat is done look for the internal temperature somewhere close to 145 degrees F
Caramel Apple Pork Chops
For this recipe you will need the following: 4(3/4) inch thick pork chops, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 tart apples, 3 tablespoons of pecans, and pepper to taste
Step 1- place a dish in the oven to warm and preheat the oven to 175 degrees F/ Step 2- heat a skillet at medium heat, brush the pork chops with the vegetable oil and place in the hot pan for 5 to 6 minutes, then transfer the contents into the warm dish in the oven/ Step 3- in a small saucer blend pepper, nutmeg, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then transfer the ingredients to the skillet along with butter and freshly cut apples, keep the whole mixture warm in the preheated oven/ Step 4-once the sauce starts to thicken spoon the sauce over the pork chops and sprinkle pecans to taste

For this recipe you will need the following; 4 tilapia fillets, 1 tablespoon butter (melted), 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes, and optional pepper if desired
